Executive Leadership Team

Cordell Johnson - President

25 Year Army Veteran. After retiring, I worked at Lockheed Martin a Senior Operations and Intelligence Integrator and later for Booz Allen as the Lead SOF Capabilities and Data Integrator. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a Masters in Intelligence Studies (Management Concentration) from American Military University. Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).

Jessie Boyer - Chief Executive Officer

Results-oriented professional with 29 years of experience providing managerial and supervisory services in the areas of human capital management, process re-engineering and quality assurance for the United States Air Force as well as  various federal contracting companies. I have worked as the Key Account Holder for a number of contracts that span across multiple agencies. I have over 15 years of experience managing and leading Talent Acquisition teams through out my career. 

David Jordan - Chief Operations Officer

Hello, I’m David Jordan, MBA. I am a twenty-year military veteran, with over 30 years of cumulative management experience. I possess the ability to balance multiple tasks and make decisions which lead projects to successful achievement. I am a persistent goal setter and strategic collaborator.

I am a creative and talented manager who effectively blends military and civilian leadership styles to achieve organizational objectives. I have a knack for identifying individual goals and matching them to organizational needs by placing employees in environments where their unique talents are utilized, and career goals are met.
